As a developer, engineer, researcher, or contributor to artificial intelligence, I voluntarily commit to the AURA Pact. I recognize the power of AI to shape lives, shift systems, and steer the future. With this in mind, I pledge to:
Honor Truth
I will ensure the systems I build do not distort, manipulate, or misrepresent reality.
Uphold Human Dignity
I will never develop AI that intentionally harms, exploits, or dehumanizes any individual or group.
Embed Ethical Limits
I will design with boundaries in place—technological, moral, and procedural—to avoid unchecked autonomy or misuse.
Practice Transparent Intent
I will make clear the goals, capabilities, and limitations of AI systems I contribute to.
Refuse Exploitative Use
I will not assist in the development of AI for authoritarian control, surveillance abuse, mass deception, or systemic oppression.
Welcome Accountability
I will subject my work to ethical audits, peer review, and open dialogue to ensure it serves the greater good.
Share for Collective Good
I will aim to make my contributions accessible, educational, or supportive of those building AI with shared values.
